You must let Mr. Mack know if you will be attending, as well as the names of any family members that will be attending, no later than Friday, November 18th.
Who can go?
This trip is currently open to all high school band members and any marching 8th Graders. We need at least ninety people to attend to keep costs low, so we’re happy to invite family members along! That said, any non-band members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please also note that all adults over the age of 18 will have to pass a background check.
what will it cost?
Students that intend to room with other students will be placed in rooms of four and will pay $695 each. Family members will have the option of choosing to stay 1-4 people per room. If a student chooses to stay in a double/triple room with family, their payment will increase to cover the expense of the room. Your balance can be paid upfront or over six installments. More information about this will be made available in the weeks ahead.
Installment due dates
Each installment must be, at minimum, $100. Full balance must be paid by final date: March 5th, 2024.

Depart for Islands of Adventure.

Arrive at the Universal Orlando Bus Loop - Day to be spent at Islands of Adventure.
