Depart for Hartsville: 3:00 pm

Arrival at Kellytown Stadium: 4:00 pm

Dress: 4:00-4:30 pm

Warm-Up: 5:00-5:45 pm

Performance: 6:15 pm

Break: 7:15 pm

Awards: 9:45 pm

Return ETA: 11:15 pm

During the post-performance break, students may purchase concessions & visit family. Students should expect to sit together in the visitor's side bleachers, across from the press box. 

General Admission (Non-Band/Chaperone)

Adults & Children 3 & Up: $10

Children 2 & Under: Free

Concessions

Concessions at this competition will be handled with meal tickets. You must visit a ticket booth to purchase tickets which can then be turned in for concessions at the Concession Stand. One meal ticket is equivalent to $1. Children ages 5-12 will receive 5 meal tickets for free with the purchase of their admissions ticket.

Competition Etiquette

• Refrain from entering or exiting the stands during a performance.

• Avoid unnecessary movement and keep talk to a minimum during performances.

• Be supportive of other bands--don't speak poorly of other bands/performances and do not "boo" any other bands during performances or awards ceremonies.

• Keep your phone on silent.
